David William Duchovny was born August 7, 1960; he is an American actor, best known for his role as Agent Fox Mulder in "The X Files" and Hank Moody in "Sex to the hole."

David William Duchovny was born on August 7, 1960 in New York, USA. His mother, Margaret, a Scottish immigrant, taught in schools located in poor parts of Manhattan. His father, Abram Duchovny born in the city of Lviv, a journalist and author of several books. His Parents divorced when David was 11 years old.
David was admitted to Princeton University in the Department of Education. Then he Entrained in the theater and participated in several productions.
David Duchovny career
David Duchovny debuted on television in 1987 when he starred in an advertisement for beer Löwenbräu. In 1988 he debuted on the big screen with small roles in films of Mike Nichols ' Working Girl. "
Duchovny played a memorable role as a transvestite agent of the Office of Drug in three episodes of the series “Twin Peaks." In 1993 Duchovny starred in the sci-fi series "The X-Files”, playing the leading role of FBI agent Fox Mulder, who believes that his sister was abducted by aliens. The series was a hit and this brings David worldwide fame. After the seventh season of the show David Duchovny refused to play a leading role, appearing in only a few episodes. In 2002 appeared in the last series of ' The X-Files. "
While starring in ' X-Files ' David appears several times in the “Larry Sanders Show " , playing himself, but imitating homosexual attraction to Sanders.
David Duchovny personal life
Duchovny wife is the actress Tea Leoni was born May, 1997. They have two children Madelaine West Duchovny and Kyd Miller Duchovny. On October 15, 2008, Tea Leoni and David Duchovny declared that they separated after the sex addiction of David Duchovny.
